Prepare individual country (Tonga) biomass resource development master plan. This biomass master development plan builds on the work carried out in the other five tasks of this project and from the data gathered during the visits to the region by Dr Jeremy Woods, Dr Sarah Hemstock and Professor Kasiap Deepchand in 2002 and 2003.
